We are seeking a highly motivated Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our Elevation Wealth Partners team. The CSA plays a critical role in delivering a high-touch, personalized experience to our clients. You will support our advisors in managing client relationships, preparing financial materials, coordinating account activity, and ensuring clients receive timely, thoughtful service. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, responsive, and passionate about helping clients feel confident and supported in their financial lives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing responsive, thoughtful, and professional service across phone, email, and virtual interactions.
- Support advisors in preparing for client meetings, including gathering data, generating reports, and organizing planning materials.
- Assist clients with onboarding, including account setup, paperwork preparation, custodian coordination, and welcome communications.
- Process account maintenance requests such as deposits, withdrawals, money movement, performance reporting, and account updates.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records using CRM and portfolio management systems.
- Collaborate with advisors and operations leadership to improve workflows, enhance the client experience, and support firmwide initiatives.
- Assist with coordinating Client Appreciation events, surveys, and general client outreach.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from clients, CPAs, Estate Planning Attorneys and other third parties via phone, e-mail or in person. This requires an ability to interact with clients and third parties directly to support their varied needs.
- Assist the firm’s managing partner with scheduling meetings, project management, travel, projects and tasks as needed.
- Uphold Elevation’s fiduciary commitment by ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and exceptional service in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, Economics, or related field a major plus).
- 1–3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, investment advisory, or a related client facing role.
- Series 65 a plus. Working towards the Certified Financial Planner professional designation desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
- Be a problem solver that can figure things out of their own and take tasks and projects to completion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365).
- Experience with CRM such as RedTail, Salesforce, etc.
- Experience with brokerage firms or broker/dealers such as Charles Schwab (Schwab Advisors Services), Fidelity Brokerage Services, Pershing / BNY, Raymond James operations and account servicing on their platforms.
- Experience with portfolio accounting software such as Envestnet Tamarac, Orion, Advyzon, etcetera a major plus.
- Electronic signing tools such as Docusign

Compensation/Benefits:
To the right individual, we offer a very competitive compensation and benefits package for our industry. If you meet the above requirements, please apply online. - Base salary of $60k – $80k per year or more depending on qualifications and experience. Total compensation could approach $100,000 per year.
- Participation in quarterly and annual bonuses.
