The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Financial Planner who blends technical precision with human connection. This is a client-facing role for a seasoned professional who thrives on helping others achieve clarity and confidence in their financial lives.
Empathy, humor, and curiosity are essential—along with advanced expertise in investment analysis and asset allocation.
- What You’ll DoLead and deliver comprehensive financial plans—covering cash flow, retirement, education, charitable giving, and estate strategies
- Apply advanced investment analysis and asset allocation frameworks to guide client portfolios
- Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, recommending rebalancing and tax-efficient adjustments
- Coordinate with CPAs, attorneys, and internal specialists to align all aspects of each client’s financial plan
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and with confidence
- Stay ahead of market trends, tax law, and regulatory updates
- Mentor and collaborate with junior planners and associates
- What You BringCFP® certification (required)
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in holistic financial planning
- Advanced knowledge of investment analysis, asset allocation, and portfolio construction
- Deep understanding of tax-efficient investing and risk management
- Proven ability to build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- A healthy balance of empathy, humor, and professionalism
- Experience with high-net-worth or creative-industry clients is a plus
