Role Overview
The Associate Private Wealth Advisor (Relationship Manager) is responsible for serving as a trusted
primary point of contact for an established client base, delivering exceptional, personalized service.
This role leverages firm-provided tools, technology, and processes to deliver comprehensive, client-
centered financial planning solutions.
The ideal candidate brings at least five years of client-facing advisory experience and demonstrates a
strong passion for holistic financial planning. This individual thrives in both relationship management
and business development, proactively identifying opportunities to deliver additional value to clients.
This role operates within a national, primarily virtual practice and requires proficiency with remote
collaboration tools such as Zoom.
Key Responsibilities
• Expand the client base through referrals and next-generation relationship development.
• Deliver holistic financial planning solutions, including investments, insurance, and advanced planning
strategies
• Lead discovery meetings, plan presentations, and periodic review sessions to ensure alignment with
client goals
• Prepare and present financial plans and recommendations
• Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships through exceptional service
• Update client plans and recommend appropriate financial products and strategies
• Ensure a consistently high-quality client experience across all interactions
Business Development
• Identify, attract, and onboard new clients focusing on 2nd generation planning
• Generate referrals from existing client relationships
• Adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Collaborate effectively within a team while maintaining the ability to work independently
• Uphold strict confidentiality and professional integrity

Required Licenses:
• Life & Health Insurance License (resident and non-resident, including Florida)
• Securities licenses: SIE, Series 7, and Series 63
Preferred Designation:
• CFP® (Certified Financial Planner)
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in financial services, wealth management, or a similar field
• Demonstrated success in generating leads and acquiring new clients
• Background in sales, client service, or other client-facing roles
