Position Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Wealth Advisor to join a growing independent wealth management firm and contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice.

The Senior Wealth Advisor will serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, delivering comprehensive financial planning and strategic wealth management. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with executive presence and a genuine passion for building enduring client relationships.
The Senior Wealth Advisor will lead client relationships, identify opportunities for new business, collaborate with internal and external specialists, and contribute meaningfully to the growth and culture of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Relationship Management
- Serve as lead advisor for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client relationships
- Develop and deliver comprehensive wealth strategies including:
- Retirement planning
- Investment strategy
- Tax-efficient wealth planning
- Estate and legacy planning
- Risk management
- Cash flow and liquidity planning
- Business succession planning
- Lead client meetings with confidence and clarity
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and their families
- Coordinate with CPAs, estate attorneys, and other outside professional advisors
Business Development
- Develop new client relationships through personal networking and referrals
- Build relationships within the local professional and business community
- Represent the firm in professional and community settings
- Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships
- Contribute to the continued growth of the firm's client base and assets under management
Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with firm leadership on strategic initiatives
- Mentor and support junior advisors and team members
- Help refine client experience and internal planning processes
- Contribute to a collaborative culture focused on excellence, integrity, and service
Qualifications
Required
- 10+ years of experience in wealth management or private wealth advisory
- Significant experience serving high-net-worth families
- Strong financial planning and investment knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to lead client relationships independently
- Experience collaborating with outside professional advisors
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred
- CFP®
- CFA®, CPA, or other advanced planning credentials
- Established professional network
- Experience in an independent RIA, private wealth, family office, or boutique advisory environment
