THE OPPORTUNITY Build the marketing and client experience platform for a growing wealth management firm. This newly created executive role will set strategy, create scalable programs and processes, and develop the team and resources needed to support long-term growth.

Create a consistent, differentiated, high-touch journey from onboarding through long-term engagement.
REFERRALS & ADVOCACY
Build repeatable programs that turn strong client relationships into introductions, partnerships, and organic growth.
BRAND & MARKET PRESENCE
Strengthen positioning, messaging, thought leadership, and visibility with affluent and high-net-worth families.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Develop and execute an integrated marketing and client experience strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Build scalable standards for onboarding, communications, events, engagement, and relationship management.
• Equip advisors with programs and tools that generate introductions and deepen client and center-of-influence relationships.
• Lead brand, content, digital, social media, thought leadership, events, advertising, and other appropriate channels.
• Establish metrics and accountability for client experience, marketing activity, referrals, and results.
• Assess partners, technology, processes, and resources; manage an initial marketing budget of approximately $200,000.
• Determine resource needs and build and lead the marketing function as the organization grows.
WHAT YOU BRING
• Senior leadership experience across marketing, client experience, brand, growth, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success building or transforming a marketing, client experience, or growth function.
• A record of converting strategy into implementation, measurement, and meaningful results.
• Experience with referral, advocacy, loyalty, partnership, or organic growth strategies.
• Strong brand positioning skills and experience partnering with advisors, sales, business development, or other revenue-generating professionals.
• Ability to manage budgets, external partners, competing priorities, talent needs, and team growth.
• Strong executive presence, communication, project leadership, collaboration, and follow-through.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable shaping strategy with executive leadership and rolling up their sleeves to drive execution. Financial services experience is not required; experience in a sophisticated, relationship-driven organization is more important.
