2nd Chair Service Advisor

The associate will work closely with the practice owner to deliver a first class client experience. The right candidate should have a passion for financial planning and client service.

The primary function of the role is to sit in client meetings with the senior advisor to capture notes and then be ensure all planning, proposals and case preparation is conducted for future meetings.

Primary Responsibilities:

Take Fact Finding/discovery meeting notes during client meetings and ensure the information is properly tracked in the CRM system.
Own the case preparation process by checking for accuracy and working with other team members to ensure timely completion of plans and proposals
Responsible for updating plans, illustrations and market updates for annual review meetings.
Send follow up emails after initial call summarizing the meeting and any action items or follow ups
Eventually handle client meetings for a segment of the book of business or if senior advisor is away
Be able to own the investment onboarding and investment proposal process.
