TSW Wealth Management is a boutique financial advisory firm based just outside of Boston in Framingham, Massachusetts. Focusing on wealth management and retirement planning, we have been providing independent financial advice to high net worth individuals and families throughout the country for close to 30 years.
Our Client Service team is continuing to expand. We are for looking someone to join our team full time to help with client service, as well as assist with operations and special firm projects. This is a great role for those who have existing experience and want to expand their knowledge within the wealth management space. This is a support position, and for those individuals looking to take on a higher level of responsibility, there is a significant opportunity for advancement and specialization as the firm continues to grow.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys customer service and helping others, has very strong attention to detail, and is eager to help tackle new initiatives. We take pride in providing a highly personalized level of service, so even as an associate you will be a crucial part of the group working closely with clients, investment companies, and the firm’s financial advisors. Job Description/Benefits
- Full time, salaried
- Hours: Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, and Fridays from 8:30am to 4:00pm
- Position has an in-office component. Potential for partial remote work and Summer Fridays

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Previous direct experience within a Financial Advisors office or a Broker/Dealer is required
- Maintain strict attention to detail and accuracy throughout the course of the day
- Ability to prioritize and quickly switch between different tasks and assignments
- An effective verbal communicator. Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and courteously to all clients and staff
- Strong writing skills being able to produce a high level of quality on all written correspondence
- Comfortable working in a small office environment and the willingness to take initiative to help the team
- Able to work independently at times
- High level of comfort in learning and using various web-based applications including CRM and financial reporting systems
Responsibilities
- Communicate daily directly with clients over the phone, via email, and in person to help with service requests, answer questions, and problem-solve across a wide variety of financial account types
- Prepare and follow-up on required client paperwork, financial applications, and transactions
- Assist in compiling portfolio reviews for clients
- Work directly with investment companies to help service client accounts, identify and resolve any potential issues, and obtain investment product information
- Help manage and update critical applications including CRM, reporting systems, and websites
- Support our compliance program, assisting with compilation and documentation
- Opportunity to assume the role of a paraplanner to assist in creating financial plans
- Help work on and take the lead on special projects for the firm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
