Associate Advisor Role
Profile Summary
The Associate Advisor role is responsible for supporting the office's clients by coordinating meeting preparation and facilitating post-meeting communication and workflows. An associate Advisor works closely with the Firm’s Lead Advisors to deliver and implement financial planning recommendations to clients.
Core Responsibilities
Serve as the Service Manager for a subset of the company's clients.
Execute delivery of financial plans and case preparation for client meetings.
Prepare the Relationship Manager for client meetings and opportunities.
Serve as the focal point for coordinating workflow and service for clients and prospects.
Serve as the Relationship Manager for a subset of the company's clients.
Qualifications
Required
o Bachelor’s degree with a major in finance, economics, accounts, financial planning or related field or equivalent experience.
o 1-5 years in the wealth management or investment management industry.
o FINRA Series 7 & 63/65 (or obtained within 120-days)
o Life & Health License (or obtained within 120-days)
o Working on CFP or CPWA designation.
