Dent Wealth Advisors, a fee-only fiduciary wealth management firm, is seeking an Investment Advisor to join our team. We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual who is a Certified Financial Planner®, is currently enrolled in a Certified Financial Planner® program, or is willing to enroll in the program upon hire. The ideal candidate will have a college degree and be passionate about providing comprehensive, client-first financial guidance.

About the Role

As an Investment Advisor at Dent Wealth Advisors, you will work closely with our team to provide wealth management and investment strategies to help clients reach their goals. Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' goals using financial planning and portfolio management software
Collect detailed financial data to assess current and future financial needs
Regularly review portfolios, rebalance as needed, and assess investment performance
Conduct regular review meetings to update clients on performance and plan progress
Maintain ongoing communication regarding market developments, plan updates, and strategic shifts
Act in the best interest of clients at all times, per fiduciary, SEC, and RIA standards
Uphold and promote a strong culture of compliance by closely following firm-wide policies and procedures as established by the Chief Compliance Officer

Required Skills/Qualifications

Bachelors Degree
Ability to work in our downtown Baton Rouge office 5 days a week
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of fiduciary responsibility

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

Certified Financial Planner®, currently enrolled in a Certified Financial Planner® program, or willing to enroll in the program upon hire
Experience in the financial services industry
