We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Service & Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our service model to provide accurate information to clients.
- Documentation: Record and document client interactions and issues in the CRM system.
- Feedback: Gather client feedback and provide insights to improve our services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless client service and support.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related financial field is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Software knowledge should include proficiency with Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Series 7 and 66 preferred but not required. Must be willing to obtain same (at employer expense) over 6-month period.
