Client Service Associate
Our client, a growing wealth management practice based in Stamford, is hiring a client service associate.
The right candidate should have high attention to detail, exceptional communication skills and a proactive problem solver.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Manage the client annual review process by coordinating and scheduling client meetings
- Manage the risk management client onboarding experience by assisting with applications, underwriting and other tasks
- Triage and assist with client service requests
- Keep accurate records in the CRM system
- Work with other team members to ensure case preparation is completed before the Senior Advisor’s client meetings
- Handle other administrative duties for the practice
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in administrative support roles
- Financial services experience is preferred
- Open to getting insurance and investment licenses
Location: 2x a week in Stamford office
Salary: 50-70k
