Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant with our client in Vernon Hills, IL. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for clerical duties, maintaining a high level of accuracy in tasks such as office management, preparing and delivering comprehensive plans, proposals, and documents, and utilizing strong organization skills to support the finance team.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Client Communication: Help maintain client relationships by managing communications, scheduling appointments, account maintenance, and providing regular updates.
· Planning Support: Assist in preparing client reports, plans, analysis, and documents.
· Operational Support: Assist with day-to-day office operations including processing, organizing, and maintaining client files, and managing calendars.
· Technology Management: Utilize financial planning and customer relationship software and other tools to support the team.
Qualifications
· Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time-management skills.
· Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues professionally.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.
· Previous financial services experience will be viewed favorably.
